Plymouth Community Homes - Resident Involvement

Plymouth Community Homes believes that resident involvement is a vital part of providing a first class housing service and is always looking to improve it.

Resident Involvement means you have your say and tell us when we get it right and wrong, because what we do and how we do it affects your homes and local community.

The more residents who get involved in Resident Involvement events and activities the more we can get an understanding of what our tenants and leaseholders need.

Ways we work with our tenants and leaseholders:

* support and develop tenants and residents groups

* set up focus groups to get views on specific issues and services

* send out letters and leaflets to individual tenants and groups

* send out a magazine, Plymouth Community Homes News, every three months to all tenants and leaseholders homes

Resident Involvement Strategy

Plymouth Community Homes commitment to providing as many opportunities as possible for tenants and leaseholders to get involved in decision making which affects their housing service, homes and neighbourhoods, is set out in a document called the resident involvement strategy.
